Hey all, this is my first post on PS! I have learned quite a bit from lurking in these forums, and your advice is much appreciated.

Anyway, I had a question. Are the numeric light return measurements in GemAdvisor useful for a priness cut? I understand they represent brightness, but can you tell if this is "productive" brightness? For instance, if mono and stereo light return were both around 90 (again, for a princess), and contrast was about 1.25, could we make any solid assumptions about the diamond''s light performance? (say for a 1.25 to 1.5 ct stone, if that''s important)? Thanks for your help!

YEs - I would be happy with those #''s
But especially for fancies I prefer to use Streo LR for whole crown tilting thru 30
And contrast tilting thru 30.
Mono is not as useful.

BTW a Tolkowsky round = 1.00 for all the measures
