Welcome to our colorful corner! We don't see peridot, especially high-quality material, enough on these boards! The color is lively and the cut is fantastic. I love that mounting and the addition of the spinels. How sweet that this is an Easter present for your DD. It's perfectly in season. Is she an August baby?

Thank you! She's a February kid but she took one look at the stone and announced that it "looks like spring" so peridot it is.

Here is the blue item I did not intend to buy. My daughter went along to the store with me after lunch. She pointed it out to me - and we ended up going home with it.
It’s a long brooch which can also be worn as a pendant .

UNBELIEVABLE!! WOW!! I know I'm shouting but I can't help it! God help me, I'd sell my soul for this ring. It's not just the gorgeous, huge, pale orange pink center but look at that setting!! Look at the perfectly matched diamonds and the teeny stripes in the gold. I'm dying. Moan.

I love how rich of a blue that is, I can only imagine the way the sun would hit that in person.
