Physical vs chemical sunscreens.

Those are old myths. Chemical sunscreen works by forming a physical UV filter ON the skin. The difference in heat conversion between physical and chemical sunscreen is only a 5% difference. Physical sunscreen reflects 5% of UVB and absorbs the rest.
Physical sunscreen cannot reach above UVA PF35 unlike chemical sunscreen which can reach over UVA PF35 easily with the newer filters. UVA consists of 95% of the sun’s total UV breakdown.
