Does he have a return policy for items purchased from the website?

Here is his return policy.

Returns and replacements We care about your satisfaction and stand behind every item we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange. You may return the item within 7 days of the shipment date for a store credit only. Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition" to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Leon Mege will not be accepted. You will be charged 10% restocking fees.
There is a certain group of people who might ask: 'What about return for a full refund? I really would like to get that ring in time for a party, wear it, and then get my money back to go buy something else... ". I prefer not to cater to this category. In the old country we had a word that describe this mentality: a schnorrer . Look it up and you'll know what I mean.

I have seen it in person and it is really pretty! I don't remember details but it was well made and low profile

I'm beginning to wonder how he gets any business at all (or keeps it once he has any)!
