LEO Diamond worth this?

Looking at a second hand but never worn, .75 princess leo solitaire set in plat. G/VS2 for $1300. Is this a "good" buy?

I am no expert but I would definitely give it a second look. That size in a platinum setting looks like a nice deal. Can you get more details from the certificate?

Leo's are generally quite lovely. If you can get it appraised first OR return it if it doesn't match the paperwork, great. But that sounds pretty decent.

so heres what I found out lol. the guy that has this, is a client of mine. He took it in trade for a vehicle and knows nothing about it, no certificate or anything. All he did was take it to a jeweler to verify, and those are the figures the jeweler gave him. It is laser scribed on the stone. What should I do? This is the first ring I would be buying, and dont know much but I want a great deal. Please help!! Hes coming in an hour to show it to me.

What is inscribed on the stone? That it's a Leo Diamond? or the size and color specs?
