So I'm still trying to understand how to best interpret ASG reports. I have three reports for three nice stones. They are all pretty similar I guess. One thing I'm looking at is the ASET I believe is what it is. On the first report, the centre of the stone is all red. On the 2nd and third stone the centre is green. From the legend, the redder the colour, the more bright it is? Is this correct? Does this mean the first stone will be brighter than the other 2 in the centre? Anyone able to explain to me how to interpret that green centre?

These are computer generated and not ASET's of the actual stone. Don't worry about the color of the center on those.

ACA's are among the best cut diamonds in the world. There is nothing really to analyze about the cut. But, since they are all SI1, I would let the cleanness of the stone be the determining factor. I'd want the one that is totally eyeclean from the top and sides at a close viewing distance. Ask them that.

As I understand it, the center color Green or Red of the AGSL Computer Generated Map has to do with the Pavilion Angle. In any AGSL Ideal000 stone either color is ok, but I think it has to do with (my numbers may not be correct) a Pav Angle of -40.8 will show Green +40.9 will show Red. Maybe one of the experts will answer

Also the ASET Computer Generated Map is very close to what a actual ASET picture would look like. My wife has a AGSL000 stone and the ASET Computer Map is a match to the actual picture ASET.

I guess my point was all three stones are excellent and one is not better than the other due to the ASET image on the cert. ACA's all have actual idealscope and ASET images on the website. And all ACA's have ideal light performance.
