Sooo after my purchase of two budget jade rings last year (They both made the under $1250 thread) I was itching for a larger, fresher green cab. Something a bit more high end.
I searched high and low for a fresh green ring and learned so much along the way from all the masters of jade on PS.
There were a few near purchases along the way that I piked out on. Everytime I piked I learned something new
I'll post a link to all the rings I considered later.
Eventually with some help I found the one that makes my heart sing. Lol she's nowhere near the $1250 thread but she's a beauty!
I would say the colour in real life is one shade lighter than in the pics but in sunny natural light (not in the sun but just with bright sunlight in the background) the colour is spot on.
Stone is roughly 12x10x6
I really appreciate the fullness and will never buy a flat cab again.
Ring came with a Hong Kong jade certificate that is pretty well known to be legit. The ring is very solid and hefty built. Reflects it's pricing.
My only regret is that I didn't push harder to bargain more but I really loved the ring and didn't have the energy to prolong the haggling.
I just love the stone so much. The texture, colour, height it is everything. This is all thanks to a few PS ladies who meticulously sifted through all the crap I sent them and taught me so much. Especially about clouds and glut!!!!! You know who you are!
