What are graham crackers? Are they like biscuits? Just can''t imagine chocolate on a cracker

Beestar, yes graham crackers are like our biscuits, to me a cross between a ginger nut with the flavour and the texture of a thin digestive.

My last meal will be, (I''m original from Mexico) so will be some mexican food original from the state I''m from.
First, I will have the appetizer and meals at the same time. Frijoles Charros, Guacamole, Salchichas azadas, Arrachera and Mollejas. I will eat until I''m totally fool, and for desser I will not have dessert, because I love salty food, so I will have more Frijoles charros
25.gif
. For drink will be watermelon water. It''s my favorite drink

You don't have graham crackers?? Maybe you do but they're called something different? They're light brown crisp cookies that are perforated so you can break them apart pretty easily. They come in a rectangle sheets but you can easily separate them into squares. Over here in the US, they come plain or with cinnamon sprinkled on top.

So, I'm guessing you don't have s'mores either, huh? Those are graham cracker sandwiches with a toasted marshmallow and a piece of chocolate in between the graham crackers. Heavenly!

No we don't have either of those things-at least I've never seen them here. They sound fab! All I was picturing was a cracker with chocolate on it-I was thinking that doesn't sound to appetising

Fried chicken, mashed potatoes with cream gravy, and green beans cooked with bacon and onion. A piece of pecan pie for dessert. With a glass of milk. I normally don''t drink milk, but what they hay.

Miss Ellen...are you from the South? That sounds like a dish right out of Paula Dean''s kitchen

.

Mine would be a yummy steakhouse meal. A big juicy steak, asparagus with holindase(sp?) sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, lots of bread, and a yummy chocolate cake!

steph, just from southern-ish IL, not what I''d call the real south, but I do love that type of food. I picked this meal almost every year for my bday, when we didn''t go out to eat. There''s just nothing better!

Okay, I thought of another thing I''d want. A crepe with bananas, strawberries, and nutella...yum!

mmm. . .Mexican food would be perfect. Along, with some pizza and chocolate cake. Also, a glass of red wine to wash the cake down with (normally I do not drink wine because it gives me a horrible headache, but since I''d probably be executed before it kicked in, all would be safe).

mmmmm I think I''d go with the pizza that I just adore from back home. It''s fabulous and totally "home" and who doesn''t need a little comfort food before going to the electric chair??

Lol I''m glad there are others that lose their appetite when they''re stressed.
The last time I was really stressed for about a week straight, I lost 10lbs.

I''ve been craving my mother''s cooking lately. I think that''s what I would request; anything that she cooks for me.

Maybe it''s because I''m particular about how food is cooked. You know, even a fairly straightforward item such as steak can be done in a million different ways. What if I order a certain food and they totally mess up on it?

I wouldn''t want disappointment as my last meal!
