Hi,

Wanted to tell you I just saw your blog tag, and briefly visited. Your Valentine's entry brought tears. The sad ones at first (having been gone from here for a long while, I didn't know about Tripp's struggles), and then good tears to know that Tripp taught you so very much. It is without a doubt true that children are a blessing from the Lord, and the things they teach us are precious, and make us better people. That your son taught you the truth of love, of being loving, of showing love is a wonderful legacy that will always carry with you.

I will be praying for you, and thank you for being strong enough to share your boy's life with others, so we may be blessed as well.

Fisher, thanks sweetie. Tripp wasn't my little boy, he was Courtney's angel, a fellow Mommy friend from thebump.com. I have been following her story since the beginning, and I think it is the most inspiring, brave, and touching story of unconditional love I have ever known. Courtney is truly an amazing woman, don't you think?

DS, I've never met her in person, just from the message board. She is an incredible writer.
