Yes, I know it''s ebay, but the seller has good feedback and I have bought from him before. He communicates really well, too. I really like it, and so far I have been quoted obscene (by my standards) amounts for the setting I originally wanted...I''m still looking, but this might be a good possibility if you ladies approve. I''ll get it in white gold.

Semi mount.

It''s a pretty setting. Do you have a diamond that you are going to put in it yet? Also, can you get it in white gold? IMO, I would have reserves about buying off of e-bay, but if you think the guy is reputable, and you have no concerns with returning it... it''s your choice.

I think it''s pretty, though... nice price, too.

Thanks Amanda.

I am being indecisive, I think, because I am anxious to get my loose emerald cut set. I desperatly want it on my finger and I was pretty bummed to discover how much it would cost me to get a custom setting like I wanted. I found one at Jared''s (sigh, of course) that was EXACTLY what I wanted, but I would have to wait awhile until we saved up the cash for it.

I''m just impatient heh.

I''d wait to get exactly what you want. I''m not a fan of ebay....

Me too...I have to say, the diamonds in that ring just don''t look high quality to me. There appears to be no sparkle even in the sunlight photos.

I agree with others about eBay, and I also think the style of it is pretty and delicate!
