Even though my intended purchase was very small, just a custom cut cushion melee (10 pt), they really went out of their way to answer my every question over email and provide me with all the help i needed (pictures, contacting various cutters etc.)
I was very impressed that they treated me a "small time" customer with unbelievable care and patience.
