Hi Karl,

I tried to look this up, but I'm not sure I understand how this works. I am computer illiterate and have no one on this side of the screen to ask.

Q. If a business utilizes a search engine to target customers and pays a monthly fee like 1,500.00 per month for this service and forgets or stops paying for this service, what happens?. Is the business dropped? I read that using a video ups your chance of rising to the top of the page. Any clarification would be helpful. Do I understand this correctly?

Q I understand there are several different levels of search that can be purchased. Can you explain the difference.?

It is going to vary a lot depending on the specific service and contract.
