I'm sorry I'm not sure what a TE stone is? Make sure that you take a good look when you receive the stone, look for any leakage that it may have and that it's nice and bright from side to side. These likely won't be issues, the cut looks really good, but gia rounds it's numbers and it's criteria for it's excellent cuts is quite broad. I'd feel confident with this stone though.
