Could be nice. It's not technically ideal with the VG/VG rating. Girdle of thin-med ...would check on how many of the points are THIN vs MED. Table and depth are nice. I would get that Sarin info though, hard to say more? The spread on the stone is nice...avg of around 6.57mm or so...a typical well-cut 1c stone is around 6.5mm so this stone will look the tiniest bit bigger.
How does one go about getting a Sarin report? Can I get it after I purchase (with a money back guarantee) the stone in a setting? Also, can anyone recommend a good appraiser in the LA area?
I compared it to a H&A G-vs2 and this stone looked much better. I compared it to a few other stones with similar specs and this one really stood out
! So I guess that's really all that maters anyway. Thanks for all your comments, you guys are awesome. I'll be sure to post a picture of the finished product when I get it.
