Just bought a diamond-Thank you

I was lurking around here for the last 3 weeks while I looked at diamonds for my girlfriendson engagement ring. I finally purchased one and the information on here was very helpful. I didn't have a huge budget but ended up with a 1.01 CT princess cut si1 h excellent excellent. The GIA report number 2151748673.

Thanks. My budget was $5000 for everything. I ended up spending $5700 for everything. I hope the picture works this time.

Where did you buy it from? How do you plan to set it?

Bought it from a local place. The jewelry exchange in Norristown PA.

It is going into a Tiffany style white gold solitaire setting. The $5700 includes that too.

January 17th is day we call our dating anniversary(6 years) so the plan is to propose that day. I am trying to find out which church her grandparents,who she is real close with, got married and to propose there.

I had picked out a 1.5ct egl cert f color i1 but something bugged me about it. I had it on hold. I didn't sleep for 2 nights. So i went back and found this diamond. I like it a lot better. Its smaller but looks better and is gia certified. I realized size isn't everything.

Here is a picture of the complete ring. I think it looks really good. I checked my receipt the diamond was $5100. I probably could have save $200-300 online but wanted to see it in person.
