This is unproven. They LITERALLY SAY it is unclear. This is potentially libel.

Anyways. They got him 2 weeks later.
I do think the circumstances were shady. Personally, anyone who drives impaired IMO should face serious consequences. One of the worst offences in my book.

I just googled the dude's name and found a bunch of articles that way. cnn came up first of course. It seems to me that there isn't that much of a story here since all of the reports say "it's unclear what happened in the courtroom." I mean, what are they supposed to report? An insinuation, like the right-wing sources are doing? I can't imagine why this person would risk her job and integrity to help some 22 year old kid who is a repeat offender. Unless she wants to be famous, in which case why doesn't she just come out and admit that she did it? This whole thing seems super sensationalized to me.

Has she denied it or has she just kept silent?

And there seems to be enough to the issue that she is being investigated.

Wouldn't there be court officers at these other doors protecting the "referee" and the public. So I do not see how he got out without either incompetence or help, both of which need to be examined.

Well I am learning alot about Obama after the fact that I find very distasteful.

And I had to read about the true Hillary Clinton from her emails.

I care barely afford the $5,000 deductible now and it is going up as well as the premium. And I am paying more out of pocket than ever.

My policy under Obama is basically useless for what it covers but if I had picked a better one the premium would have been unaffordable.

I have one prescription and I use a coupon code from Good RX for it which saves me 80%. I trade consulting services for free dental care and my dentist covers EVERYTHING. I get my glasses through Zenni online and my last pair cost $12 out the door, shipping included. My eye doctor works through Sam's Club (he used to be at WalMart) and he makes sure to tell me who has the best deals on contacts (they are never through WM or SC!) I just pay for the exam every 2 years and get my RX filled elsewhere. I have managed all of this through networking and taking advantage of living in a small community where it's easy to network and trade with others. I understand that not everyone can do this. It has taken time and work, but I refuse to be forced into buying a piece of sh*t healthcare plan that costs me more than it's worth. I liked Obama in general but that healthcare act was total BS. Besides, I don't want the government involved in my health care, period. When I say stay out of my uterus, I mean it!

And they were misstated facts. Not lies or coverups.

I am going to agree with a lot of this.

I do disagree with the word "dangerous" because I do not see anything he has tweeted that could harm our country. But I do agree that his tweets can be embarrassing and need to stop. I thought they had after he gave his speech last week.

He has proven that he can act very Presidential, so I wish he would stop letting the Dems bait him.

They have their own problems with memories when a couple tweeted they had never had any encounter with that Russian ambassador, yet photos proved otherwise.
