Jubilee Settings

I really like the James Allen Danhov/Tiffany Legacy type settings and I was wondering what everyone thought about maybe a 1ct Jubilee set in something like that. I''m thinking it''ll definitely have to be custom work?

Is there some detail of the setting you would want changed?

If not... I don''t know. ''Custom work'' may be only replicating in a smaller shop the same thing the manufacturer did and. This may make sense if you need to fit the stone or something.

None of the Danhov rings seems to be close match of the Legacy - the gallery is very different.




There must be a better Legacy follower around - Icestore has some (like THIS). I don''t know who makes them, but you could probably find out. Tiffany''s designs are copied faster than they hit the market, it seems.


Just my 0.2, of course. The Danov settings have had some following around here. There''s at least one on ''Show me the ring'' - with an oval ruby. Very close to that above in all but the shape of the crown.

Hrm I don''t like the side view of the James Allen one I like the side view of the Tiffany Legacy. But I guess it really doesn''t matter since my boyfriend says he hates the look of the small diamonds surrounding the middle one. He thinks it detracts from the middle diamond.
