I while ago I posted a message about diamonds and you replied to me and offered your help. After almost a year or researching it is time, and I mean it this time, to purchase an engagement ring.

Yep I would call as well. They are hugely busy and I found it much easier to call and ask for Jonathan or talk to Christen who usually answers the phone anyway.
