Do you pay special attention to the jewelry details in the movies you watch?Looking to see if they used real jewels or fakes, or if the pieces are correct for the period.Do you wait till the end of the movie to read the jewelry credits and if you were correct on the jeweler who donated the major pieces?I''m guilty on all the above!In the Royals thread I mentioned that there were major inconsistencies in movie The other Boleyn sister (the pearl clasp on Anne Boleyn''s famous necklace changed to a ribbon tie in different scenes as well as the shape of the pearls.My favorite inconsistency is in a movie is the 80s comedy Weekend at Bernie''s where a Rolex watch appears in a close up of a hand and then disappears before the shot is even done!
