Jewel Jet... do I need to empty water?

Hi ladies! I just got a new Jewel Jet and I see that on the instructions it says to pour out the water after use after it cools down. Do you ladies always pour out the water, or do you store it full so you have quick cleaning access?

You don't have to pour it out every single time. I probably change the water in my US about 4 times a year...

I empty mine each time I use it but I really don't know if it's a good thing! I have hard water.

I use mine about once a week, so I empty it out after every use. It only takes 8 oz of water, so if you keep water in there, make sure it doesn't run empty.

I empty it every time. I also leave the cap off, and usually turn it upside down on a paper towel to try to get all the moisture out.
