I loosened it up a bit and let some hair down on the sides. Do you like this better? I feel like it''s more flattering to my face

I agree with you about pulling down a strand, maybe you could curl it a bit or something.

Thanks for the compliments about my hair everyone!....There sure were a lot of bobby pins and hairspray in my hair. I think she used about half the can if not more.

Really pretty! Your hair color really shows off your tiara. My hair pin gets lost in my blond hair.

I like it better without the tendrills down. It looks too prom-ish to me that way.

My opinion is the first few pictures before you loosened it up. I think it looks a bit more elegant. However, I know what you are feeling by letting a few strands down. I am the same way. I think you should do what you feel most comfortable with. Also think that you should curl it if you decide to have some down.

I realize that you pulled the pieces out yourself to get an idea...but honestly, I don't like it. I just don't care for that look which looks a tad messy...but it's not my (beautiful!) hair!

Maybe just not have them pull it back extremely tight and keep it a little natural!

I think I''d have to see full on face pics to say what looks better, but it does look really gorgeous, actually regal is the word the comes to mind

, in the first pics without the tendrils. What does the dress look like again? Is it a really formal wedding? I think the first pics go well with a more traditional/formal dress and wedding.

Hi All,

Thanks so much for the compliments and advice on tendrils/no tendrils.

The wedding is an evening wedding, somewhat formal I guess. It''ll take place in a victorian hotel where we''ll have both the ceremony and reception.
