jbEG videos

Has anyone else had trouble viewing jbEG videos? When I open them the video is all pixilated (is that a word?) I have to let the video play through and then watch it again. My laptop shut down while I was viewing once too, it said that it was shutting down to prevent damage to my system. Just curious as to why this happened and what I could do to fix it. I LOVE watching her videos!

Try a different browser. I haven't had any problems with their videos and I use Chrome, but when Chrome acts up I switch to Mozilla, Opera, or if I'm desperate, Internet Explorer.

This may be the problem!! I'm running on explorer, I've had some certificate problems too so maybe it is trouble with the browser! I'll try it again in Chrome. Thx!
