James Allen setting? Do you have one?

Hi. I am looking at James Allen settings and I was wondering if anyone has one? I was talking to one of the gals on live chat and I asked about their lifetime warranty. I was interested because they said if a sidestone gets loose or lost, they will replace the stone and repair it - all for free. I have never heard any jeweler tell me that. Usually they say I would have to pay for the sidestone and then they will repair the ring for free. All repairs are free, I just have to pay a flat fee of $30 for insured shipping. Do you think thats worth it? Even for a tiny sidestone in those pave settings? If not, are there any other jewelers out there that have the same warranty like James Allen? Thanks so much

I'm surprised for a site that talks highly about James Allen, no one has a setting from them

I have a James Allen engagement ring setting and am very happy with it. I also purchased my diamond and wedding band from James Allen.
Their customer service was awesome during the purchasing process. I was actually very indecisive about what I wanted for my anniversary upgrade and I was able to order and return a couple of pieces from them with no hassle, until I found the set that was perfect for me.
I get compliments on my set often and would definetly order a setting from JA again.
