James Allen Issue with Lopsided setting -HELP!

I cannot believe that my e-ring is so lopsided! When it was given to me, of course I did not want to return it; I did not notice the lopsided-ness until today, when I went to look at w-rings, and the jeweler was like, WTH? Having never been engaged before, I did not realize that this was defective, and of course, was just so happy to have received it. I am getting no response from James Allen. Which is funny, because they had no problem giving good customer service when we bought the 15K stone! Any help would be very appreciated.

They will respond. Did you call them and ask to speak to a manager?
 
No I did not; I will do so now. Thank you.
 
I just called. There was no manager on duty, only a "shift leader" and that person did not know how to help me as it's been "too long" since we purchased the stone and setting from James Allen. I feel sort of like this is a "hidden defect" - any ideas as to how to proceed?

Call back and ask the manager to call you. This is something you should discuss with someone in the company that can help you.
 
I see you were shopping for this ring April of last year . How long has it been worn? Over a year?
 
If it's been over a year. Okay well... I'm sure Jim will pop in.
