Staying under 2 on the HCA will give you more the look you are striving for. The stone scores a 3.6 on the HCA. For Fire and Light Return your stone scored "very good." I would probably keep looking .
Plug in 4 numbers from the lab report.

Crown Angle in degrees.
Pavilion Angle in degrees.

Get an Idealsope pic on those scoring under 2.
Compare IS pic to this reference chart.
HCA under 2.0 is not enough.
Crown and Pavilion angles from the report are the average of 8 angles around the diamond.
If some are high and others low the HCA won't catch this, but Idealscope pic will.
The copied and pasted images were too tiny to read any of the numbers (for my eyes anyway). The one under "I really need help" scored a 0.9 which is good for a BIC or Brilliant Ideal Cut stone if that's what you're looking for. But as Kenny said, you need to go one step further and see an IS or ASET to make sure the stone is returning light in an optimal way. I think James Allen will give you up to 3 IS and/or ASETS for diamonds you are interested in. Narrow down to 3 diamonds that score under 2 on the HCA and then ask JA for the IS and ASET images. We can help you interpret those if you post them.
Your last post doesn't give us crown angle (CA) or pavilion angle (PA). Table and depth aren't much help alone. I've noticed that on the JA website the CA and PA aren't always posted, so I'm thinking you'd need to call them or IM them to find out.
A BIC stone is preference. Typically they are brighter and have a larger spread, but have less fire. Whether or not it's a beautiful stone depends on what you are looking for or what the receiver prefers.
Maybe the pavilion angle you posted is actually the pavilion %?? Because a PA of 43.5 is crazy talk! That and plugging in the numbers into the HCA gives an error. What did you get in the HCA calculator?
Here is a cheat sheet of sorts when looking for cut specs. Best is to verify with an Idealscope and/or ASET image and your eyes in different lighting.
Table: 54-58%
Depth: 60-61.5%
Crown angle: 34.0-35.0 degrees
Pavilion angle: 40.6-41.0 degrees
Girdle should be thin, medium, or slightly thick (avoid very thin or thick)
Well less than 2 is ideal. 2-2.5 is borderline if the price is right, but usually you could do better if shopping on-line since you have so many options.
IS - Idealscope
ASET - Angular Spectrum Evaluation Technology
Type those in the search bar and you will find threads on it, or google those terms. In short they will give you information on the performance of the stone.
Question to you - would you consider buying from another on-line vendor? Absolutely nothing wrong with JA at all, but there are a few other vendors who take the guess work out of shopping/choosing which can be very helpful for a guy . What is your budget?

Let someone else buy it who doesn't know any better.
Round is the most abundant shape so I'd find one scoring under 2.0.
Here are two 0.8 carat super ideal stones, H, VS2 that are Whiteflash's A Cut Above line that's in your budget. They are cut to give optimal light return and performance. You could not go wrong with one of these stones. As I said, they have done the homework for you and provide images. But really any A Cut Above stone will perform beautifully.
