Good day All,

Wanted to quickly share a GREAT customer service story with you. To make a long story short, my Finance''s engagement ring (pave set band) lost 2 sidestones 2 months after getting it. JA customer service said it would be approx. 3-4 days to send back to us fixed after they received it (Greateful that they were honoring their lifetime warranty!). I shipped it to them on June 9, and June 12 they received it. I called today to check status of order, and was told it wouldnt ship back to me until June 24, 12 days after they received it! I was pretty upset. I ended up having an online ''chat'' with Jim Schultz, who worked his magic and sped up the process, while upgrading my return shipping from 2 day to overnight! JamesAllen.com has been VERY helpful throughout the whole process (from me needing buying advice through now). I will definatly return to them for our wedding bands and other jewelry purchases in the future!
