Does this mean 10 years down the road the new owners will not be required to honor the trade up policy they have?

James Allen was bought several years ago and someone else is buying it from that entity. There's no more reason to expect policies to change than the last time. But the trade up policy isn't great, anyway, in my opinion. Maybe they'll improve it!

Yep, I wonder if/what kind of changes it means? Hopefully, only good changes if any.
