For a couple of months this spring and summer, my girlfriend and I researched engagement/wedding rings. It was all very confusing at first, but we started on the Internet. We found out about James Allan and Quest on Pricescope, and we could not be more pleased with both firms.
We bought a .80 ct. G VS1 round brilliant loose diamond from James Allen for an outstanding price. The customer service by email and over the phone from James Allen was outstanding. All of our questions were answered in a prompt, informed, and courteous manner by James Allen and Jennifer.
James Allen overnighted our loose diamond to Quest. From Quest, we purchased the wedding set GS-25316set. I was under a deadline to get this all done before I left the United States to return home to the United Kingdom, so Quest was nice enough to rush order the wedding sets from their supplier for a small fee. My request from Quest really did cut it close, but they met the deadline and exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Huan, Hap, and Rose. Excellent job, excellent price.
The best part of all is that the appraisal value in the United Kingdom for the engagement ring was over three times what I had paid for it in the United States!
Needless to say, I would highly recommend James Allen and Quest to my friends and family. The prices simply cannot be beat!
