I received my ear studs last week, and have been loving them a!
They sparkle like crazy and I''ve been receiving many compliments at work! Here''s the thread for reference GOG earstuds
I chanced onto coda72''s thread and I really like how she''s matched different gemstones with the jackets to bring on a whole new look. I would also like to get a pair of jackets to jazz up my studs and I''ll probably buy a pair of sapphires (my birthstone) and a pair of jade studs to fit into the jackets!
After combing through the jacket threads here, it seems most people prefer to go one size down with WF''s jackets to get a snug look. And I agree that it looks best snug. My studs are 1.2tcw and that''s between 0.5ct and 0.75ct centers. I would very much like to get an upgrade to 1.6tcw sometime next year, so should I be going for the 0.75 center? Will the airpocket look too big when I stick the 1.2tcw in them? And if I get the 0.5ct center, will the 1.6ctw not fit nicely in them? I hope this isn''t too confusing.
I know I owe you guys some pictures of the studs but my camera''s gone travelling with the boyfriend and will be back only next week. I''ll be sure to post some pics up soon!
