JA vs Eternity on a simple custom setting. How to decide

My girlfriend saw this enhancer at Zales and wants this exact setting for her ring. She does not want big side stones and like the 0.25 ctw

Since the two diamonds I am down to are from JA and Eternity I sent this link to them to give me a quote for a setting.

JA came back with 1,225 for a 0.33 ctw with 14k gold. From what I spoke to the sales rep it seemed like they want to do a minimum of 0.33 ctw. Will there be a large difference between 0.25 ctw and 0.33 ctw or will they basically be the same.

Eternity quoted 1,300 for a 0.25 ctw on 18k gold

JA has a no refund on custom whereas eternity has 30% restocking fee. Is there any way I can decide on which to go with ? Do people have any input on which one is better at custom designs ?

Both the diamonds are also very close in terms of performance and price and I have a thread requesting for help on that as well.

Just for comparison I asked Yoni for the price for a 0.33 ctw and 14k white gold and he quoted $1,400 so the price difference is not that big.

Overall there is a ~$200 (JA is cheaper) difference between the settings and a ~$100 (Eternity is cheaper) on the diamond. The overall price difference is not enough to tilt me either way

Both diamonds from JA and Eternity I have chosen are pretty good. I want to make my final decision based on which vendor would be a good choice to deal with for this case. Which one would you go with for a custom setting ?
