JA 3 stone pave set (pear shapes next to center)- neone have

I've been eyeing this ring for a while now-

But I read the 3d images are CG drawings. There's only one real picture of this ring

Anyone happen to have a pic of this? I really like the 3 stone and how the CG looks but not sure about the real deal. Seems a little different. Maybe its just the angle. The next ring up is out of my price range for 3 stone.
