Hello there, I am looking at a J color Si1, excellent cut, strong blue diamond. This is my first purchase of a warmer tint. It under the TIC range (excellent)

May I know your views on this purchase?

The plot diagram looks bad to me, do you think that the inclusions are visible to the unaided eyes upon close look?

There are feather inclusions at the girdle, do you think it will crack or pose a durability issue during setting?

Do I have to be concern milkiness in for 'strong blue' ?
Thanks!

Can you get a photo of the diamond? Most of the time it isn't an issue in a SI1 and also most of the time strong blue doesn't make the stone look oily or greasy. I'm thinking you need a photo though to be sure. One under the microscope might be helpful as well. It is really really hard to buy a diamond without seeing anything but a lab report.

Thank you all for the advice:)
This is my first time to purchase a diamond online.
I have requested for additional info and photos from Eternity diamond, but after the first email, I received no reply for the subsequent email for additional info so far..I tried to initiate the online chat but it says that there are no operators online.. I am from Singapore, can you recommend any other reliable online vendors that offer good j color Si diamonds?
May I know your reviews on eternity diamond?
Tks a lot!

I'm not sure that eternity diamonds will be able to get you the additional information that you need. You have the GIA report number on this stone, so you could contact ID Jewelers and ask if they can call the stone in and evaluate it for you. They will also be able to photograph and take all the additional images that you will need to make an informed decision. I believe they will also beat any competitors price. =)

There is a list PS recommended vendors if you click on the gallery tab above and scroll down to vendors, a list will pop up for you. All of these vendors have been used by PriceScopers and come highly recommended. If you find another stone that you like, you can post the information and we will try to advise from there, or if you'd like we can make some recommendations for you.

Tks a lot for the advice ;)
I would like a 1 carat or above gia triple excellent j color si1 diamonds that is eye clean. Excellent on hca. Blue fluoroscence will be a bonus. Preferably free of feather on near girdle. Greatly appreciate any potential reccomemdation:) tks!

Tks christina! That is a beautiful one:)
However, I am trying to keep below 5k of possible:)

I would stay away from strong blue fluorescence. Although some people aren't sensitive to it, others are, so maybe you should consider something with medium fluorescence or weaker. Of course, if you like the effect yourself, then go for it!
