J. Albrecht fine jewelry...any experiences?

I was wondering if anyone has had any recent experiences with this jeweler? I am considering using him for custom design of an e-ring. I would be especially interested to know about the quality of his work, pricing compared to other online vendors, and experience using him to secure a diamond as well as design the setting.
