Golden-thank you for asking, I am doing well, actually getting a little excited about the whole thing. That is wonderful news about both your friends. It''s always great to hear these stories, thank you for sharing-
mrs-h - thank you for the info, I am going to go to the store at lunch and load up on both. Does ice-cream count instead of milk
Logan Sapphire- How are you doing? I am sorry to hear that the IUI didn''t work, I just had my 7th round on Friday, so I know what an emotional rollercoaster it is. I went to a mindbodywellness seminar this weekend and it was incredibly helpful. Not just with this, but in general about stress and how it affects our bodies. I would totally recommend checking it out if they have it in your area. That is wonderful news about your adoption? Please share more if you like? I would love to know as it is definitely an avenue we may need to explore- btw- we are doing ICSI and not IVF, it is supposed to be better for couples that have male infertility factor. Best of luck on your next cycle!!!!
Galateia- Thank you!!!
Canuk-gal- I never thought I wanted twins before, but now I totally wish for it, that is wonderful for your friend- except the sleep factor
SDL- That must have been very difficult for your girlfriend, but how wonderful that she has a beautiful little girl now. Thank you for the baby dust!

Questionaboutsettings- sorry to hear you are going through all of this as well. I truly hope that you will get pregnant through IUI's and do not have to go through the IVF. May I ask how old you are? Have you asked your doctor about the success rate of live births through IVF with ICSI in your age range? The reason I ask is that our doctor has over 70% success rate in our age range and because of that we are choosing to go about it one IVF at a time instead of with a shared-risk program. Also, when they do the IVF they will also freeze any good extra eggs, so if you don't have success on the first round, they can try inseminating you (sorry if this is the wrong terminology) the next cycle with the embies (which is wayyyy cheaper) than having to do IVF again.
BTW- I get my test results on Wednesday whether or not my last IUI cycle was successful, so I am praying for a BFP and hoping for a miracle
