I''ve narrowed it down to two

So I''ve narrowed my search down to two candidates: 1 from WF, and 1 from GOG.

The one from WF is a 1.117 H SI1, $6390. It''s new and the report hasnt been posted yet, so the inclusions you''ll have to check from the photo. Seems there''s may be a cloud or so around 8 oclock, but nothing on the table - bonus!

The one from GOG is a 1.13 H VS2, $7385. All the stuff is listed. The size is a bit bigger, and the clarity is a step up, but I''m not sure it''s worth the extra thousand. It''s pretty damn nice though.

These are both superb stones, if the SI1 is verified eyeclean to your standards by WF, then that is the one I would pick - but you can''t go wrong either way!

Hi Rich,

They're both great, but if eyeclean I'd go with the WF stone. The size difference, and clarity aren't worth the money.

There's no way any of us can tell about the inclusions from pics, it has to be assessed in person, so just call WF and see what they say!
