I can seriously just suck up sleep like a sponge. I could fall asleep right now as a matter of fact. Yesterday I worked a half day at work so I slept in... got 11 hours, and STILL wanted a nap. Today, working on about 7 hours and I''m dying to curl up in my car at lunch and snooze.
I don''t know if I''m depressed... as the first time I was depressed I slept like 18 hours a day. Or if something''s wacky with me. Or if I''m just so stressed, I''m dealing with it by shutting off every chance I get.
All I know is on Wednesday I slept 8 hours the night before managed 3 hours in naps during the day (lunch, then after work), and at 11 pm was STILL fall over dead with exhaustion and weariness.
What could be up. Should I call my MD? I probably should....
