Our loan funded today so my name is now on the house and everything. It had been a topic we had talked about since I moved in back in March. He was very cute and excited about the whole closing and stuff which surprised me because he owned it previously with the ex. I''m in the mortgage business so closing are nothing to me. LOL.
More and more our things are being intertwined. We did put each other''s names on our checking accounts but our savings accounts are still personal. We''re just going to pay bills from his checking account, I''m going to deposit a set amount every month for house bills into it. We''ll split everything else after that. He''s not good with money so this was the only compromise we could come to.
