Thanks everyone! So nice to hear all the compliments! I ran errands today and did grocery shopping and not one person noticed my ring. I was just hoping to see someone I knew so I could show it off, but no luck. My son, who is 4, announced to the man at the jewelry counter at WM that Mama had a new ring. He was not impressed. We are going on vacation to FL in a couple weeks to see my family. They are all anxious to see my ring and will make a big fuss. My dad and brother-in-law have a photography business so they are planning all kinds of fancy photos to take. That will be fun!

Burk, you didn''t miss it, I forgot to post my ring size. It''s a 5.5.

Ava, we ARE almost twins! Do you have pictures of your ring posted? I''d love to see it! Our anniversary is July 23rd. This year will be 19 years. Next year we are planning to renew our vows and take the honeymoon we never had. That''s part of the reason we decided to get our new rings early (DH got a new ring too-it''s only fair). Congratulations on 20 years and thank for your post

Agree that the thinner w-band really flatters your e-ring (i'm partial to that proportion as my own set is the same way)

. But LADY -- you have teensy fingers or that 1ct somehow got swapped for 1.6ish

It looks so huge on your hand - in a good way obvs! And don't be discouraged about peeps not noticing your new bling -- people are so into their own worlds. Only us bling hounds are oogling 24-7

. Go to a big box store -- like a Sams Club or something & watch that new sparkler light up!

Thanks everyone! It so fun to share this with others who are so excited for me! I still can''t believe I finally have "it"! Now I have LHS(left hand syndrome). I find myself doing everything with my left hand so I can admire my ring.

Thanks for all the cool comments on how big the diamond looks! That really gives me a boost. I wasn''t sure if it really looked like a 1carat but from the comments I am getting it looks like it shows up like a carat and then some. Cool!

And yes, Decodlighted, I do love the idea that I outwitted Kay''s! I love getting a good deal no matter what I am shopping for. I feel bad for the folks who don''t know and pay way more for way less. I would be so mad if I had already bought a Kay''s ring and then found PS and the vendors here. I almost did that! I actually bid on a Leo from Kay''s on Ebay! Whew! Glad that didn''t work out! I am SOOOOO much happier with my WF ring and the whole WF and PS experience! Just awesome!!!
