OK, I wasn''t trying to be clever with my topic title. I guess I hit the enter button or something. I''m trying to get some pictures loaded but am having a hard time getting them to load. I did get my ring today though! Finally! When I get the pictures I''ll post the whole story in a nutshell.
Still playing with the pictures. I have some better pics, but can''t load them because of the higher resolution. But anyway, here is the new ring and the story in a nutshell. This ring is my 20year anniversary gift from my DH. We are actually celebrating our 19th this year but he was sweet enough to let me get my ring a little early. Last year on our anniversary, he took me to dinner and then to walk around the mall. He took me into Kay''s to try on rings so I could get an idea of what style I wanted and then shop around. I tried on the 1ct. Leo iPrincess and we both loved it. I started researching how to get a deal on a ring like that since Kay''s wanted almost $7000, which we both felt was overpriced, and out of our budget. I found the exact Kay''s ring up for auction on E-bay with receipts and paperwork. It was only a few months old and I could have bought it for $3000. I was tempted and even bid on it at one point. That''s when I found PS. The members here steered me away from the Kay''s ring and towards the trusted vendors here. I found the setting I wanted at Whiteflash and started doing some research. Celina at WF was a huge help! Part way through my buying experience she left WF though and my new sales person was James. He was awesome too! Today my new ring was delivered!!!! James had to work some magic to get it here. Fed Ex dropped the ball and didn''t get it here on time, so James called and rattled some cages. Fed Ex sent a special delivery late this evening and I had my ring in hand around 8pm. The customer service at WF is amazing! I''ve talked with several people there and e-mailed as well. I have had nothing but top notch service every step of the way. Every question has been answered to my complete satisfation and I love my new ring

Thanks to all the PS members who helped me along the way! The advice I got here saved me so much $$$. I got a much higher quality ring at a much lower price. I love it when that happens!
Thank you everyone! Yes, you were all right and I am SOOO glad! I wish I hadn''t freaked out. It was nice bonding experience though with the PS family. You guys were there for me!
IMdanny, Whiteflash got the wedding band for me. It wasn''t in their regular inventory, they ordered it from a supplier and I''m not sure who that was. It''s a 2mm 18kt comfort fit. I am very happy with it. I think it matches up nicely with my ring. When I saw Februrary2003bride''s princess with the 2mm it totally sold me! To me it makes the diamond stand out more next to the delicate band. And we all know that it is ALL about the diamond, right?
I am so happy for you! It is my 20th anniversary this summer, and my husband just purchased a .70 carat princess for me on a white gold cathedral band! We are almost twins!! Our anniversary is August 6, when is yours?
