no the are not the same my ring size 8.5 shoe size 6.5, now my hubbys is closer he wears size 11 ring, size 12 shoe..both my boys are the same way, 1 wears a size 10 ring, size 10.5 shoe, the other is a size 9.5 ring and size 10 shoe.

Mine are about the same: 5-5.25 ring, and women's 5-5.5 shoe.

Yes, but I think this is average for women with average size feet. But it also depends on width of rings. I can wear size 7 ring, or size 8 ring, and shoes size 8.
