I''ve been lurking on this site for a long time now and have found everyone on these forums incredibily kind and helpful. I''ve been looking for a trillion solitaire to use in a pendant that I plan to give to my wife for our 5 year anniversary. I''ve read all the posts I could find on trillions but don''t feel ready to make a decision on the stone I''ve found. So, I''m coming out of the woodwork to ask for your opinions on whether this stone is reasonably priced. Here are the specs:
EGL Certificate
Weight: 1.12 CT
Shape: Triangular Brilliant
Measurement: 7.43x8.27x3.60mm
Depth: 43.5%
Table: 64%
Crown: 8.6%
Pavilion: 28.2%
Girdle: Medium to very thick faceted
Culet: Small
Polish: Good
Symmetry: Good
Clarity: SI2
Color: H
Florescence: None
Price: $4100
I did see this stone back in late December and remember liking it, but it didn''t blow me away. Unfortunately, I have a goldfish memory so I don''t remember the details about why I felt that way.
Thanks for any help,
Lang
