Is this the diamond I''m looking for?

First of all, I have read a lot on the forum and have learned a lot from everyone here! I think I have taken everything into consideration and am how about to buy the my diamond. I think this is it! Before I pull the trigger, I thought I would see if I missed anything obvious? The price is around 12k so it''s a big decision for me.
