In a word NO! I have a 0.8ct D VS2 ACA from WF (their best cut, AGS Ideal H&A) which was $4500 US. You can do a lot better in terms of price if you purchase something online from one of the PS vendors. Try Good Old Gold or WF, just to name a couple and you will find some gorgeous stones, and you will get a PS discount to.

WF doesn''t seem to have anything that exactly meets your criteria in ACA. But if you broaden your search range you might find something else. You could always contact them and let them know what you are after and they can give you some options,



Good Old Gold have several in the F VS range, which are AGS Ideal cut diamonds, around the $3800 - 4700 range . Check out this search

James Allen has a couple too. They have a GIA cert, 0.93ct F VS1, that looks to fall into Ideal range, you need to check the numbers though. This is listed at $5300.
