Is this round any good?

I''m offered this at $2800. Seems like not a bad deal, but the cut is Very Good, does not fair too well in the cut advisor. If this a problem? It has GIA report:

Plus, when you view the GemEx Report, you'll be glued to it! I had my eye on this stone for awhile, but went a little larger

I would def pass on this stone, the table is too big, you can do a lot better!
