It is a pretty good diamond and the price is very good for the quality (cut/color/clarity/carat)- so what is the catch? If you were able to and have seen this diamond personally and it looks great, then don't hesitate to purchase.

Make sure the Vendor has good customer satisfaction, and solid return/refund policies. Just precautionary.

Priced right and sounds great, on paper as F&I said. It should be a real sparkler. Looks like you did some great research!
