Is this fisheye?

Does the diamond in the photo below have what is described as fish eye? Or is it just a reflection of the camera or a holder?

It's a bit hard to say...picture quality is poor. I'm going to say that I don't think so.
 
The stone has been back lit, so the area you think is a fisheye is actually leakage - so it will not have much sparkel in that area.
The black central part is the "table reflection" and tells us the pavilion is rather deep. This table reflection would be bright most of the time.
The outer edge facets will also leak a bit.

Gary - Thank you for your informative post. My knowledge is very minimal and would love to learn more about assessing diamonds (at least from a consumer point of view). I have attached a better photo below - would you say this diamond has excessive leakage?
