Looks promising "by the numbers" now all you need to consider is the optical symmetry of the diamond and the inclusions... Ask the vendor for some clarity photographs so that you know what to expect in terms of inclusions and an assessment of their visibility with and without magnification. Optical symmetry can be judged with images from an ASET, Ideal Scope and Gems Fantasy Scope (the latter of which is used to judge Hearts & Arrows patterns).

Regarding the price, you will have to tell us the color and clarity grade, but WF prices are quite good.
