ok, i wrote Rob Van Beurden an email, but still there is nobody answering. Maybe 0,70carat is to small for them to care of .

So does anybody have another advice? Maybe internet shop or another in Amsterdam/ ANtwerb?

There is a big yearly gem show on in Las Vegas where many of the vendors are at the moment as they do every year, I am sure he will answer presently as he might not have such easy email access at the moment.

hi guys,

now i`m back from antwerp and finally (thank god) got my downpayment from DL back, but it was a very very hard fight with this women . At first She yelled at me and said how brilliant and sparkling ect... the diamond was, that the D ring is already finished and normally I`ve to paid for the ring setting,but she just want me to be happy.So she is not gonna do this. After that she told me not to care about any comments on the I net and how bad a chip finished diamond was...that I`ve missed such a super deal .... hmmmm.... if I shouldn`t be care about what I`ve read, I didn`t have found Diamondland huhhh? Whatever... after a few minutes she calmed down and showed me the ring and tried to pray how extraordinary it was...Hmmmm ,,,I just thought to myself, maybe it was a very good D ring and maybe i`ve bought it, if in the first time she had explained to me about the goods/bads of this diamond or at least that they could do a laser inscription for this (and not after I don`t want the ring, to offer this service). In fact their diamonds was packed in a normally piece of paper described with a pen. On their website, they advertise that they will teach you about the basic knowledge of a D, but none of this happened to me.

So guys think twice, if you really want to buy something from DL and pay attention, especially of this dragonlady Maggy
