Not steep deep, this is where both crown and pavilion angles are both too steep and deep. The pavilion angle is not steep at all at 40.6 and combined with the crown angle it could be a great looking diamond. There is generally more flexibility with crown angles than pavilion. Next step is to see if you can get an Idealscope for the diamond so we can see how it all works together and of course h&a images as it is purported to be a hearts and arrows cut.Date: 7/28/2009 10:55:15 AM

Lorelei and Ellen and other experts - Please weigh in so that I may decide to see it or elimimate it. It is H&A. Is the table too big?

From what I can see it looks good but unfortunately I can''t see enough to examine the image in any detail which is needed to evaluate this diamond''s overall cut precision. The image needs to be a lot larger but as you say maybe clarity is lost in doing so....Date: 7/29/2009 9:40:35 PM
