Is this bag authentic and what is the name of the style?

I have this bag, it is the Multi-pouchette. I got mine 5 months ago from Louis Vuitton store, so I’m the original owner. There are some differences between what you have pictured here and my bag:

1) Both the big pouch and little pouch have the same medium brown lining.


2) the D ring on the big pouch that everything is connected to does not have any type of etching or engraving.

Based on these 2 differences, I would question the authenticity of your bag….but I’m no expert.

Upon more detailed review, there are other subtle differences I picked up, such as the size and shape ratio between the big and small pouch.

Both of the pouches on my bag are the exact same shape, and one just slightly smaller, the logo tabs are also exact same shape, with one just slightly smaller.

Also you might want to check if the chain attachment has bigger ovals at each end with Louis Vuitton etched on both oval end loops.

They only came out in 2019 but your hardware looks like it's been on the deck of an ocean liner for far longer. It can't be real -- LV would not design hardware to deteriorate in just a couple years.
